				<div class="et_pb_text_inner"><span style="color: #ffffff;">The new ELK WUE building is the result of an individual office design. The new construction is optimally tailored to the needs and challenges of the staff. The original plan to assign a fixed workspace to all employees was revised, flex desks were introduced, and the demands of the employees for flexible work models were met. This resulted in savings by eliminating previously planned branch offices, saving a seven-figure amount annually. The associated digital workplace performs equally well everywhere: whether in the home office, the new office, or while traveling. It serves as a link for all employees, ensuring process security, uniform working methods, and, in combination with the cultural guidelines and the new office, joy in work..</span></div>

Why are there so many tools if we could focus on a few core products? Which rules for communication and collaboration do we actually need, to be able to grow unlimited and to onboard people way faster into our teams. These questions were addressed by an evolving team of &#8220;guides&#8221; who collaboratively defined fundamental principles and autonomously implemented them within their respective departments.</p></div>
