  • KanBo as a task management tool: No tasks in Teams!<\/strong> Every task belongs in KanBo<\/strong>, our collaboration and task management tool. This separation ensures a sustainable structure, clear responsibilities and avoids misunderstandings. All task-based communication also belongs here.<\/li>\n
  • Communication with external parties via Teams:<\/strong> We also communicate with customers and partners exclusively via Microsoft Teams.<\/strong> This means we don’t have to adapt the way we work – all relevant conversations, information and documents are in one central location, allowing processes to run seamlessly and efficiently.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

If you like, you can explain this further, but it is not a must.         We also meet in person at least once a quarter<\/strong>. During our business development days<\/strong>, we retreat for two days, scrutinize our company structures<\/strong> and look for development opportunities<\/strong>.
