We develop a centralised change management that focuses on the participation of all. No one is left alone and everyone is animated together to fill the new building and the associated ways of working with life. A strategy for activation measures to use digital and analogue.<\/p>\n

In the linked project, we were given the mandate to lead the culture change. This allows us to connect the sub-projects in a meaningful way and establish a new way of working in the analogue, digital and mental workplace.<\/p>\n

The new building is the result of an individual office design. The new building is optimally adapted to the needs and challenges of the college.<\/p>\n

The workplaces support the creativity and productivity of the staff and meet the most modern standards.<\/p>\n
