The Result
In order to focus primarily on quick wins and optimisation of concrete, daily activities, KanBo was rolled out in the first instance on the basis of O365. Intranet etc. will follow later if necessary. However, the focus on actual work is already noticeable today and results in significantly increased efficiency as well as closer communication and coordination between different departments.
