The Challenge
Rügenwalder Mühle faced the challenge of making internal company information, processes and knowledge quickly and easily accessible to all employees.
The reasons for this were the doubling of production and the workforce as well as the opening up of new business areas in the field of vegetarian food.

Rügenwalder Mühle faced the challenge of making internal company information, processes and knowledge quickly and easily accessible to all employees.
The reasons for this were the doubling of production and the workforce as well as the opening up of new business areas in the field of vegetarian food.
The Method
Based on these analyses, a change strategy was initialised. This/It was based on a communication matrix, which in turn realised department-specific processes and requirements.
In addition, we established tool guidance for the tools to be used and the new intranet “ZuZu” as a common, cross-departmental work platform.
The Result
This gives employees the opportunity to communicate directly and to filter, edit or search for the information, appointments or tasks that are important to them.
