The Challenge

Rügenwalder Mühle faced the challenge of making internal company information, processes and knowledge quickly and easily accessible to all employees.

The reasons for this were the doubling of production and the workforce as well as the opening up of new business areas in the field of vegetarian food.

In addition, we established tool guidance for the tools to be used and the new intranet “ZuZu” as a common, cross-departmental work platform.

The Result

With “ZuZu”, we have created a digital work platform that provides all employees of Rügenwalder Mühle with both general and specific information for their respective departments in a clear manner via the web or mobile app.

This gives employees the opportunity to communicate directly and to filter, edit or search for the information, appointments or tasks that are important to them.
